Guidance notes and booking conditions

Please note the following points when booking or pre ordering;

• Please arrive on time as this may have a detrimental effect on other bookings or your food if you have chosen to pre order. In extreme cases, you may lose your table and any monies paid in respect of it
• We strongly recommend the use of one of the party menus for larger bookings as there is no need for pre orders or deposits, except at Christmas, though we ask that you inform us of any changes to your numbers as we can often refill spare seats, even at the last minute.
• Our full menu is still available but if larger parties choose this option then we require a non refundable deposit of £5 per person to reserve your table, a pre order and full payment settled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations will be charged in full unless we receive notice 12 hours prior to arrival, in which case you will only lose the deposit.
• As we do not have a large bar area all drinks will be ordered and served to the table and go on the bill
• Any alterations to the time and size of your party after the initial booking cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate your changes whenever possible.
• We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. We aim to keep this web site updated but cannot guarantee that the prices displayed are current. Current prices charged are displayed in our restaurant menus
• We do not accept bookings by email alone. Sending an email does not constitute a booking. You must verbally confirm any emails sent to us & we will re-affirm.
